About

Bible Doctrines explores what was in the bible concerning the "teachings" about GOD (whether in the Old Testament or the New Testament). This compellation (66 Books (27 NT 39 OT)) of writings from the various "prophets and disciples" shapes our FAITH in and toward GOD. This is believing that the Bible is the inspired Word of God written by holy men of old, as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2Pet 1:21). Believing in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, doctrine of baptism, repentance from dead works, laying of hands, eternal judgement, faith towards GOD, etc.., which are the basic doctrines of apostolicity. Throughout this course, participants will explore the historical and theological development of key doctrines, with a focus on the role of Scripture in shaping Christian beliefs. Participants will critically analyze different theological perspectives on various topics, with the aim of building a coherent and comprehensive understanding of Christian faith. This course is designed to help participants develop a deeper knowledge of Biblical theology and its application to everyday life, as well as an appreciation for the diversity of Christian thought and practice. Each participant will be encouraged to develop their own intellectual and spiritual journey, critically examining their beliefs and engaging with others in scholarly discourse. Prerequisites: None
